Electronic signature and electronic documentation
The need for electronic signatures in management processes is becoming more important as value chain and supplier flows become fully electronic. Many operations and process managers have introduced electronic tools for sign-off within process flows. This research area identifies the various regulatory regimes that are established regarding e-signature and highlights some of the potential difficulties facing those working within an international arena in achieving legally sound electronic process flows.
