Dr. Mona Al – Achkar Jabbour is President of LITA and Professor of Law at the French Department, Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, Lebanese University, after chairing successfully Legal and Research Department.
Prof. Jabbour has a special interest in legal informatics, cyberlaw and the development of Arabic content on the Internet. She is a regular speaker in national and international conferences and workshops on topics related to ICTs.
